In 2014, Juan founded The Taco Cart Catering, driven by his lifelong passion for cooking and hosting. Growing up at family gatherings, he loved cooking alongside his parents and siblings, which instilled in him the importance of creating memorable experiences through food. Summer visits with his aunt, a skilled cook and baker, allowed Juan to refine his culinary techniques, developing a deep appreciation for traditional Mexican cuisine.
Understanding that food fosters connection and celebration, Juan launched his catering business with the aim of sharing the joy he experienced in his own family. He focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes, crafting authentic dishes like carne asada and al pastor. As The Taco Cart Catering grew in popularity, it became known for its vibrant atmosphere and delicious food at weddings, parties, and corporate events.
In 2023, Juan pursued a culinary arts diploma to expand his expertise and dreams of becoming a private chef. Today, The Taco Cart Catering represents his dedication to authenticity, passion, and connection, creating unforgettable moments through food.
